I have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy For all appointments. By booking and Pre-booking, you agree to the following: - If you Cancel/reschedule 48+ hours before your appointment that will result in no fee. -If you Cancel/reschedule 47-24 hours before your appointment that will result in a 50% Cancellation fee. - If you Cancel/reschedule or no-show day of your appointment that will result in a 100% Cancellation fee. * All changes must be made through Gloss Genius. *Texts/DM's will not be accepted. * Disputes will be corrected and enforced. *This Policy applies to all reasons for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, work conflicts, weather, or transportation issues.
